Glamping Hour and Virtual Auction

ESJ Beaches will hold its annual parent social with a cheerful Glamping theme on March 26, 2021.  Parents are invited to enjoy a festive Glamping Hour followed by our first-ever virtual auction.

• Glamping Hour:  The parent Glamping Hour will be from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. in front of St. Paul's by-the-Sea Episcopal Church, across the street from the school.  During this time, parents are invited to stop by to register for the auction, pick up tasty meals and beverages, and enjoy a moment of fresh air and fellowship with ESJ parents and faculty.

• Virtual Auction:  Bidding opens Tuesday, March 23 for our first-ever virtual auction.  Bidding will take place virtually, and will be open through Friday, March 26, until 9:00 p.m.  There will be many opportunities to register for the virtual auction prior to and during the March 26 Glamping Hour.  Stay tuned for a fun presentation of amazing auction items that will be released prior to the event. Online bidding instructions and set-up are included within the button "How Online Bidding Works."

• Purchase Tickets:  Click on the "Purchase Tickets" button above to purchase your tickets.  Ticket sales close on March 22.  There are incentives for those who purchase early.  Please consider adding a teacher ticket to treat a teacher to a delicious catered dinner.

Proceeds from this event help fund the exceptional programs offered to our students through our Four Pillars:  Academics, Athletics, Fine Arts, and Spiritual Life.  We look forward to seeing you at the event!

Parents are required to comply with ESJ's current Covid Safety protocols.

• Masks and social distancing are required during the Glamping Hour.

• Please ensure you are free from a temperature before attending the Glamping Hour and do not attend if you feel unwell.
